+HOW DOES A BESPOKE COMMISSION WORK?
If you are interested in a bespoke project, please get in touch about what you have in mind. Kathy will then start looking into design options, materials and quotes. Once all steps are confirmed Kathy requires a 50% deposit payment in order to start production. Creating a bespoke jewel usually takes 4-8 weeks. During busy times such as the lead up to Christmas the time frame might be longer. Please get in touch as soon as possible to ensure your piece will be ready in time.
+DO YOU OFFER RESIZING?
Yes, we offer resizing on most of your rings, with some exceptions. Please contact us at hello@kathykraus.com for your enquiry.
+DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping within the EU. We do however not offer free shipping for any return shipments, unless your order got damaged in transit.
+IS MY ONLINE PURCHASE REFUNDABLE?
Yes, however you must notify us of your wish to return your order at hello@kathykraus.com within the first 14 days from receipt of goods. We will then ask you to safely return your pieces in its original condition and with the correct packaging right away. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund. We will however not refund the return shipping costs. Pieces that have been commissioned or personalised cannot be returned. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable shipping method to return your order.

Yes, if you would like to have something personalised please email hello@kathykraus.com to discuss options.
Whether it is a different gemstone, metal, chain length or engraving we would love to help you make your piece more personal. Please be aware that this might incur an extra charge depending on the project.
